1. Para Nabi
Para nabi adalah sosok yang senantiasa memperjuangkan agama Islam. Memperjuangkan agama Islam menjadi amalan yang paling tertinggi bagi seorang muslim. Setiap penderitaan, kesusahan yang dialami para pejuang ini akan dibayar oleh Allah dengan surga yang abadi. Orang-orang inilah yang memiliki kedudukan mulia di sisi Allah SWT.
Tidak hanya kemuliaan di akhirat kelak, bahkan ketika mereka wafat pun jasadnya tidak akan membusuk di dalam tanah. Rasulullah SAW menjelaskan dalam sabdanya bahwa jasad para nabi tidak akan membusuk karena dimakan (binatang) tanah:
“Sesungguhnya yang paling utama di antara hari kalian adalah hari Jumat. Pada hari ini Adam diciptakan dan dimatikan. Pada hari ini pula terjadi peniupan sangkakala dan kematian massal. Maka perbanyaklah shalawat kepadaku pada hari ini karena shalawat kalian itu akan diperlihatkan kepadaku.” Mereka bertanya,’’Wahai Rasulullah, bagaimana sholawat kami akan diperlihatkan kepadamu sedang jasadmu telah lapuk (remuk).” Maka Beliau bersabda, “Sesungguhnya Allah Azza wa Jalla mengharamkan binatang tanah memakan jasad para nabi alaihimus salam.” (HR. An-Nasa’i dan Ibnu Majah).
2. Para Syuhada dan Ahli Jihad Fisabilillah yang Memperjuangkan Islam
Selain para nabi, ternyata jasad para syuhada dan ahli jihad fisabilillah yang senantiasa memperjuangkan agama Islam juga tidak akan membusuk walaupun sudah dikubur di dalam tanah. Allah Subhanahu wa Taala berfirman:
"Dan janganlah kamu mengatakan terhadap orang-orang yang gugur di jalan Allah, (bahwa mereka itu) mati; bahkan (sebenarnya) mereka itu hidup, tetapi kamu tidak menyadarinya." (QS. Al Baqarah: 154).
Pada zaman Rasulullah SAW juga ditemukan jasad yang tidak membusuk walaupun sudah terkubur selama enam bulan.
Jabir bin Abdillah bercerita : “menjelang perang Uhud ayahku memanggilku pada malam hari. Ia berkata,’Aku merasa akan menjadi orang pertama yang gugur diantara sahabat rasulullah. Sungguh aku tidak meninggalkan seorangpun yang lebih aku sayangi dibanding kamu disamping diri Rasululullah. Sesungguhnya aku memiliki hutang maka lunasilah. Dan, bersikaplah yang baik kepada sudara-saudara perempuanmu. Keesokan harinya iapun menjadi orang yang pertama gugur. Ia dimakamkan bersama yang lain dalam satu kubur. Tetapi hatiku merasa kurang nyaman membiarkan ayahku berbagi kubur dengan orang lain. Karenanya selang enam bulan kemudian, aku membongkar makamnya dan mengeluarkannya. Ajaib, jazadnya masih utuh seperti ketika aku menguburkannya

Tentu saja ini menjadi pertanyaan bagi berbagai pihak mengapa hal tersebut bisa terjadi. Dr. Abdul mencoba untuk menemukan jawabannya lewat sebuah penelitian. Menurut hasil risetnya yang diuraikan dalam sebuah buku berjudul Al Mukrubat wa Karamatusy Syuhada (Jasad Syuhada Tak Membusuk)
Menurutnya, mikroba-mikroba itu tidak merusak jasad para nabi dan syuhada disebabkan Allah SWT lah yang memerintahkan mikroba tersebut berbuat demikian. Allah SWT menciptakan mikroba, membuat sunatullah bahwa tugas mikroba
Lantas, apa yang menyebabkan mikroba bertugas untukmenguraikan makhluk hidup yang telah mati, maka Dia pula yang bisa mengubah sunnatullah itu pada sesuatu yang dikehendakiNya. Jadi, mikroba adalah makhluk yang sangat patuh kepada Penciptanya,
3. Jasad Alim Ulama yang Menegakkan Kalimat Allah
Ternyata para alim ulama yang senantiasa menegakkan kalimat Allah SWT juga akan mendapat kemulian berupa tidak akan membusuknya jasad mereka setelah dikubur kelak. Tentu saja ini merupakan kabar gembira bagi mereka yang senantasia menyebarluaskan kebajikan.
4. Jasad Penghafal Al-Qur’an dan Beramal dengan Al-Qur’an
Jasad selanjutnya yang tidak akan membusuk ialah jasad penghafal Al-Qur’an dan mereka yang beramal dengan Al-Qur’an tersebut. Al-Qur’an merupakan kitab suci yang diturunkan Allah kepada Rasulullah SAW. Sudah sepatutnya kita mempelajari dan mengamalkan isi kitab ini dengan sungguh-sunggu h sebab ada banyak kebaikan di dalamnya.
5. Jasad Pemimpin yang Adil dalam Menegakkan Syariat Islam
Menjadi seorang pemimpin memang bukan perkara mudah. Ia harus mampu bersikap adil, dan menjalankan tugas yang diamanatkannya tersebut dengan baik. Tidak hanya itu, ia juga harus menegakkan syariat agama Islam ketika menjalankan tugasnya. Sebab ternyata ada ganjaran luar biasa jika ia melakukan hal tersebut, salah satunya yaitu jasadnya tidak akan membusuk.
6. Jasad Tukang Adzan yang Tidak Meminta Imbalan
Jasad selanjutnya yang tidak akan membusuk ialah jasad tukang adzan yang tidak meminta imbalan. Menjadi seorang muadzin adalah pekerjaan yang mulia. Akan lebih baik lagi jika ketika melaksanakan tugas ini tidak meminta imbalan kepada orang lain. Karena ketika kita melaksanakannya dengan ikhlas maka Allah akan membalas dengan tidak membusukkan jasadnya saat dikubur kelak.
7. Jasad Wanita yang Meninggal Ketika Melahirkan Anak serta Senantiasa Taat kepada Perintah Allah
Ada begitu banyak kemuliaan menjadi seorang wanita. Bahkan ketika ia meninggal dalam prosesi melahirkan juga akan mendapatkan ganjaran yakni jasadnya tidak akan membusuk. Namun dengan catatan, wanita tersebut ialah orang yang selalu taat kepada perintah dari Allah SWT.
8. Jasad Orang yang Mati dibunuh atau dianiaya Karena Mempertahankan Kehormatan diri dan Agama
Jasad selanjutnya yang tidak akan membusuk saat dikebumikan ialah mereka yang mati dibunuh atau dianiaya karena mempertahankan kehormatan diri dan agama.
9. Jasad Orang yang Mati di Siang atau di Malam Jumat
Jasad terakhir yang tidak akan membusuk ialah jasad orang yang meninggal di siang atau di malam jumat. Namun dengan catatan mereka senantiasa beriman kepada Allah SWT. Sesuai dengan sabda Rasulullah SAW:
“Jenazah orang yang mati di siang hari atau di malam Jumat jika mereka itu dari kalangan orang yang beriman yang senantiasa menjaga kewajiban yang telah diperintahkan ketika hidup di dunia.” (HR. Bukhari Muslim)
